Return and Refund Policy

Return and Refund policy is applicable only for unopened coffee packets, when the request is raised within 48 hours of delivery of the same. We request you to please e-mail us on info@baarbaracoffee.com to raise this request, along with complete details of order including:

  • Name of customer
  • Date of purchase
  • Details of items purchased
  • Contact details (address and phone number)
  • Reason for the return

Our Operations team may contact you on the phone number shared during the placement of the order, to confirm on any details.

In case the coffee packet is opened, we unfortunately cannot accept a return or refund request. Our single-origin coffee is roasted and packed with utmost care, for each individual customer, as per their customised specifications. Hence any opened coffee is not reused to be sent to another customer.

We apologize in advance for any delays due to COVID-related or weather-related courier restrictions. We work very closely with our shipping partners to ensure that each delivery has the least fulfillment time. However, certain areas, at times, take a longer time to fulfill orders due to area-specific restrictions that are beyond our logistical control.
