They are then pulped, with the parchment and mucilage entering a second fermentation stage to enhance body, clarity, and complexity. Afterward, the coffee is washed and sun-dried on raised beds until it reaches perfect moisture. The result is a vibrant, sweet, and elegant cup with a distinctive terroir signature.
