Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
Please note: International shipping charges will be calculated and applied at checkout.
Taxes & Duties: All applicable customs duties, import taxes, and other local charges are the responsibility of the customer and must be paid upon delivery or as required by the destination country's customs authorities.
Cancellation by Baarbara Coffee
Baarbara Coffee reserves the right to cancel an order in circumstances including, but not limited to:

Incomplete or incorrect order, delivery, or contact details.

Courier services being unavailable for the specified delivery location.

Any other circumstances that prevent us from successfully processing or delivering the order.
If we cancel your order, the applicable refund will be initiated to the original payment method.
Refunds
For an approved cancellation, the refund will be processed within 14 working days from the date the cancellation is confirmed.
Please note that the time taken for the refunded amount to reflect in your account may vary depending on your bank, card issuer, or payment service provider.
