Wine Barrel Aged :- High-quality coffee beans are chosen and placed in used wine barrels, allowing them to absorb the residual flavors and aromas. This aging process can last from a few weeks to several months, depending on the desired intensity of flavor.

Throughout the aging process, the beans are regularly monitored for flavor development and moisture content to ensure optimal aging without spoilage.

After aging, the beans are roasted. The roasting process further enhances the wine notes and balances the coffee’s natural flavors.
